Simprint provides deinstallation, installation services for printers and pre- and post-equipment. Simprint moves products both within the U.S and across international borders. On major line installs/deinstalls a typical planning team includes the following members:
Physical planner (layouts/diagrams)
System and Applications Programmers
Simprint will provide planning and configuration guidelines/directions for all projects. Your assigned coordinators, planners and programmers are critical to a successful transition. Your assigned Simprint Representative will help coordinate information and timelines.
Crating, shipping and other logistical services can also be provided, as a part of any installation or de-installation.
Prior to installation of Simprint products, our Field Engineering representative (s) may visit the customer site to confirm the integrity and completeness of the order by reviewing:
Products– Does the equipment match the job requirements?
Sign off criteria – What needs to happen for customer sign off.
Environmental conditions – What is the OEM recommended operating conditions.
Space requirements – Does equipment fit in space allocated? (Layout/diagrams)
Timelines – Build, Ship, Deliver and Install dates reviewed.
Power requirements – Review and scheduled prior to installation team arrival.
Logistics – Review on docks, forklifts and accessibility of install area.
