Generally there is a 1 week lead time to repair items. If the item tests bad we provide a estimated cost of repair. Next you decide to repair it or purchase a new or remanufactured part.
Does Simprint provide Refurbished Developer Stations, Toner Hoppers and other major assemblies for printers and pre/post equipment.

YES, we also provide a CORE Exchange Program on major assemblies. Save 30 to 40% on parts.
The process for our CORE exchange programs is as follows.
Simprint will ship a “good” item to you.
Simprint will provide a RMS number for the CORE exchange return.
You will send back the “bad” item to SIMPRINT within 60 days of delivery.
We can also provide you with any additional “consumable” pricing as well as more parts pricing if needed – just let us know what you’re looking for and a part number if possible and we can get you information regarding those items.
The process for our REPAIR program is as follows
Simprnt will provide a RMS number for your repair item.
5-7 Business Days lead time to repair most items. Simprint will provide an estimate for the repair. You'll decide to repair or replace the part. Repaired items are sent back.
The process for our TESTING program is as follows
Simprnt will provide a RMS number for your item in question.
The RMS number and item are sent to Simprint.
There is a 3-4 day lead time to test most items.
We will notify you if the item tests BAD as well as provide repair pricing.
We will also notify you if the item tests GOOD. Testing fees are invoiced.
