Jake Ashwood is the Manager of Factory Operations.  His ability to not only oversee project management, but also allocate resources to achieve successful results is crucial to the operations of the factory.  Jake’s approach to management creates a work environment where everyone is able to thrive.

Out of high school, Jake wanted to be a pro baseball player and architect, but while working at Sears he found he had a knack for learning a department and getting promoted.  His work ethic continues to propel him further and higher and Simprint is excited to have him on our team.
